Cross-Language Ontology Based Similarity Analysis (CL-OSA) is an algorithm that leverages ontology data
from Wikidata in order to perform ranked retrieval on possibly plagiarized documents across language boundaries.
This repository contains the source code, tests and evaluations for CL-OSA, written in Java.
